He is an active member of the local community and takes pride in playing a positive and productive role in both the Afro-Caribbean community and the Nottingham community at large. The head of Chez Coor’s. Sharon provides organisation and attention to detail, taking the essential ingredients of Chez’s ideas to produce the finished product. The head of Chez Coor’s is firmly rooted on her shoulders and she takes care to ensure that every detail is attended to with pre-emptive female intuition.
Sky
The spirit of Chez Coor’s. What is it that Sky does? A better question would be ‘What is there in the restaurant that Sky doesn’t do?’ No job is too big nor too small – he is always happy to help and to do so with a quiet grace and pride. That is the spirit of Chez Coor’s.
